About the role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Technical Content Engineer - Intern to join our team for a six-month internship. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical content, problems, challenges, and assessments to evaluate the skills and competencies of candidates across various domains, including Full Stack Development, Selenium, DevOps, SQL, Generative AI (GenAI), Cybersecurity, and more.Roles & responsibilities:
Design, create, and validate technical problems and assessments across various domains including but not limited to Full Stack, Selenium, DevOps, and SQL.
Develop clear, concise problem statements and solutions, ensuring that they effectively measure a candidate's technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of the problems.
Ensure the developed content is of varying difficulty levels to cater to a wide range of candidates and customer requirements.
Review and update the existing content to maintain relevance and accuracy.
Provide detailed documentation and guidelines, solutions, project plans, trackers, status reports, issue logs, etc.
Test and debug the technical projects to ensure they function as intended in the platform environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new methodologies and technologies into the content.
Deliver KTs and technical enablement sessions as and when required.
Prepare self-help resources like articles and know-how videos.
