Enterprise Hackathons Program Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Program Manager to plan and run end-to-end enterprise hackathons. You will handle strategy, execution, and client management to deliver impactful innovation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute hackathons (online/offline) end-to-end
• Coordinate with clients, participants, mentors, and internal teams
• Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines
• Design hackathon themes, structure, and participant journey
• Handle stakeholder communication and share reports/insights
• Build partnerships with universities, startups, and tech communities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in program/project management (tech/events/innovation)
• Experience managing hackathons or similar programs
• Strong client handling and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with hackathon platforms (Devfolio, Unstop, etc.)
