We are proud of our long history as a highly respected personal injury law firm, known for our commitment to excellence and exceptional client care. </div><div>The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that all potential clients and existing clients receive the highest level of customer care when calling or visiting our office. We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, candidate with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The ideal team member is someone who has exceptional customer service skills, and is fluent in Spanish.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>Mail sorting and distributing<br>Translating <br>Help maintain positive client relations through strong communication and professional conduct.<br>Direct and screen phone calls quickly and efficiently.<br>Sort and distribute electronic and postal mail.<br>Greet and interact with clients and visitors.<br><br>Onsite:<br>Monday - Friday<br><br>Annual Salary:<br>$55,000 - $60,000<br><br>Benefits<br>401(k)<br>PTO Package <br>Bilingual (Spanish Required) </div>
