Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and scale the ML/AI engineering team while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
2. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to power core features and personalization
3. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to build intelligent user experience
4. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve our AI/ML capabilities
5. Help define the long-term technical vision and strategy for AI within the product

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI systems
2. Proven track record of building and deploying ML models at scale
3. Strong foundation in Python, data pipelines, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
4. Experience leading ML teams or mentoring engineers
5. Passion for health, fitness, and creating technology that drives positive impact
