We are living in a mobile-first world and all our interactions are primarily digital - we play, work, find love, talk, collaborate, buy, sell, and help each other online. Many of these interactions are addictive and the user's behavior has been modified for the benefit of online companies in a way that is detrimental to his health. At Habuild, we aim to use these interactions in a way that creates a healthy lifestyle for the people. We are here to help people create good habits for themselves. That's why the word Habuild is a combination of habit building. The Habuild founding team comprises seasoned coaches with educational backgrounds including IIT, IIM, and LBS led by an Engineer. The Habuild platform has a strong community of over 2Lakh users across 36 nations. We are looking for a Backend Developer interested in building a scalable and highly intuitive product experience. You will be responsible for architecting and building the Habuild key features, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required. Responsibilities: Strategise, lead & optimize product roadmap, and implement with high speed and accuracy. Regularly communicate with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap. Produce quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed. Create and maintain documents and workflows with teams to provide visibility and ensure workload balance. Develop and oversee testing schedules in a client-server environment, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure that various devices display the desired content. Recommend system solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives. Requirements: Worked on NODE. js, javascript, Postgres, AWS, Redis. Have experience in mentoring junior engineers. Developed/ experimented with LLMs. Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills. Relevant work experience: 3+ years.
