About the Role:
Habuild is on a mission to spread the transformative benefits of yoga and mindfulness globally, and we’re looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our tech team. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation, foster a culture of excellence, and build scalable, cutting-edge solutions that impact thousands of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate a thriving engineering culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
2. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
3. Architect and design scalable solutions leveraging our Node.js, React, and AWS stack.
4. Integrate AI technologies to deliver personalized and impactful experiences in yoga and habit-building.
5. Collaborate closely with leadership to align technical strategies with the company's vision and goals.
   

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
2. Expertise in scalable architectures and hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and AWS.
3. Passion for health, fitness, and mindfulness, with a belief in the transformative impact of practices like yoga.
4. Familiarity or experience with AI technologies is a significant plus.
5. A strong sense of ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a growth-oriented mindset.
