Data Analytics Manager

The Data Analytics Manager plays a critical role in advancing the goals of the Government Grants Department by ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable data is available for decision-making, reporting, and compliance. This position manages and enhances the department's digital systems and processes that support the effective administration of government grant programs, with a strong focus on the Section 4 Capacity Building (CB) Grant. The Manager ensures data quality, develops reports and dashboards that demonstrate impact and inform strategic planning, and promotes efficiency and consistency in data practices. Within the Government Grants Department, this role engages all team members—including the Senior Director, directors, managers, supervisors, senior specialists, and specialists—to address data challenges, strengthen data practices, and train staff on the effective use of data tools and systems. The Manager also collaborates with other departments, such as IT, GCDR, GRA, and Affiliate Services, to align data processes, maintain reporting accuracy, and ensure compliance with organizational data security and privacy standards.
