Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Role Overview:
The Senior Account Manager will own and lead one of HABER’s key enterprise customer accounts. This role
carries end-to-end responsibility for account performance, service delivery, customer satisfaction. Working
closely with the Founder and senior leadership, the role is pivotal in strengthening long-term strategic
partnerships, ensuring operational excellence at customer sites, and expanding the overall account value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship & Account Ownership
Act as the single point of accountability for the overall health, performance, and satisfaction of the
assigned enterprise account.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer leadership and operational teams
through regular on-site engagement and structured communication.
Proactively manage escalations, resolve operational or commercial issues, and ensure timely closure
with minimal customer impact.
2. Technical and Operational Oversight
Own the end-to-end performance of customer programs, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs, KPIs, and
safety standards.
Monitor and track program KPIs, including process performance, chemical consumption, automation
outcomes, and final customer product quality metrics.
Review and analyse machine and automation system performance (uptime, reliability, dosing accuracy,
alarms, and deviations).
Lead on-site performance reviews, efficiency assessments, root-cause analysis, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
3. Business Growth & Revenue Management
Identify, propose, and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities and Support contract renewals, scope
expansions, and long-term commercial alignment with enterprise customers.
4. Reporting & Governance
Prepare and present structured reports on customer program performance, machine performance, and
operational KPIs to internal leadership and the customer.
Provide periodic performance updates and strategic insights to the Founder and senior management.
Drive data-backed decision-making by translating operational data into actionable insights and
improvement plans.
What we are looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; advanced
certifications or management programs are an advantage.
Experience: 10–16 years of experience in account management within industrial automation, specialty
chemicals, pulp & paper, or process-industry environments.
Proven track record managing complex enterprise accounts with strong operational responsibilities and
commercial ownership.
