HA International is seeking a highly strategic and relationship-driven Distributor Sales Manager to lead the development and performance of our Indirect Channel network across the U.S. and Canada. What You’ll Do
Sales & Growth Leadership
- Drive revenue growth aligned with HAI’s strategic goals
- Identify expansion opportunities and build actionable growth plans with distributor partners
- Develop pricing strategies to optimize volume and profitability
- Lead and mentor distributor sales teams as technical consultants
- Collaborate cross-functionally (production, lab, technical service) to deliver customer solutions
- Manage channel dynamics, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Keep partners informed on product innovations, market trends, and opportunities
Distributor Network Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users at all levels
- Optimize and expand the indirect channel network to support all HAI offerings
- Establish annual business goals and assess partner performance
- Develop long-term strategic plans for channel success
- Coordinate training and resources to support distributor effectiveness
- Promote a strong safety-first culture across all partners
Corporate & Strategic Contribution
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for budgeting and planning
- Share market intelligence, industry trends, and customer insights
- Support strategic planning with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain CRM records and prepare concise business reports
- Partner closely with Sales & Marketing leadership on initiatives
