Role Description The HR Manager role at Rungta Vidya Bhavan is a full-time, on-site position based in the Bharuch district. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management. Daily responsibilities include administering payroll and benefits in line with salary structures, maintaining employee files, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor and education regulations. The role involves handling performance appraisals, facilitating training and development initiatives, and supporting employee relations through conflict resolution and feedback mechanisms. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with compliance, labor laws, and documentation processes, preferably in government-supported or educational institutions.
- Skills in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement to support staff development and retention.
- Proficiency in HR-related software, MS Office tools, and basic data management for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
