Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Intern based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work remotely on select days. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day operations, including managing HR records, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, coordinating employee activities, and addressing employee queries. Additionally, the intern will aid in handling employee benefits, personnel management processes, and assist in streamlining HR management practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HR software tools is a plus
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
