Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping (H.K) Attendant at our New Delhi location. The H.K Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across all areas of the property, ensuring all rooms and common areas meet a high standard of hygiene. Day-to-day tasks will include cleaning, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and providing exceptional service to guests to ensure a pleasant stay. The role also involves adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cleaning practices, attention to detail, and knowledge of cleaning equipment
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize daily housekeeping responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and ensure guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations, along with efficient problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related service roles is advantageous
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
