What you'll do...The seasonal Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will lead quality efforts across the full development lifecycle, from defining business and functional requirements to validating end-to-end system performance. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on testing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet technical standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a subject matter expert and customer advocate, the analyst drives continuous improvement, champions usability, and ensures compliance with business goals through both manual and automated testing practices.
Create detailed work plans for individual and project tasks, documenting goals, designs, and outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Work Experience:
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services
- Ability to collaborate and solve problems effectively with excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting theory, and payroll theory/payroll taxation
- Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including customer service, listening, negotiation, and presentation
- 5 years minimum related work experience
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Self-sufficient and self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize work efficiently
- Strong research skills
It would be even better if you also had...Work Experience:
- Familiarity with multiple accounting and enterprise resource planning systems such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Sage

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
