The Software Development Intern will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. This role provides hands‑on experience working alongside experienced engineers while gaining exposure to real‑world software development practices, tools, and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and enhancement of software applications under supervision
- Write, test, and debug code following established coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers
- Support testing, documentation, and maintenance of applications
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, QA, and engineering
- Learn and apply best practices related to software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented programming concepts
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
