The Role:
As an Engagement Manager in our firm, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of accounting services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role i maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should posses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Responsabilities:
Accounting Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct financial analysis, review financial statements, and provide insights to clients for better decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Client Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic financial advice.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges in client engagements and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and uphold quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in service delivery.
- Conduct periodic reviews of project outcomes to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another related program.
- 2+ years of proven experience in accounting, with a focus on client management and project oversight.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills
