Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist role based in Bijnor. The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care, including consultation, diagnosis, and management of gynecologic and obstetric conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role involves performing gynecologic procedures and surgeries, managing antenatal and postnatal care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The Gynecologist will also participate in patient education, maintain accurate medical records, follow clinical protocols, and support hospital quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine with the ability to provide comprehensive clinical care and make evidence-based decisions.
- Advanced skills in Gynecology and Gynecologic Surgery to manage routine and complex gynecologic conditions and procedures.
- Clinical expertise in Obstetrics, including antenatal care, intrapartum management, and postnatal follow-up.
- Competence in Surgery relevant to obstetric and gynecologic practice, including emergency and operative interventions.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (e.g., MD/MS/DNB) and valid medical council registration.
- Experience working in hospital or clinical settings, preferably in obstetrics and gynecology departments.
- Strong communication and counseling skills, with a patient-centered, ethical, and culturally sensitive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, manage high-pressure situations, and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and staying current with advances in obstetrics and gynecology.
