Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist role based in Rajasthan, India. The Gynecologist will provide outpatient and inpatient care, including diagnosis and management of gynecologic conditions, routine examinations, and preventive care for patients. Daily responsibilities include conducting antenatal and postnatal consultations, managing labor and delivery, performing gynecologic and obstetric procedures, and coordinating care with other medical staff. The role involves interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to hospital protocols and clinical guidelines. The Gynecologist will also participate in patient education, counseling, and occasionally in clinical case discussions or quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine with comprehensive clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills.
- Expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including routine and high-risk pregnancy management.
- Proficiency in Gynecologic Surgery and Surgery, including common operative procedures and emergency interventions.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (e.g., MD, MS, DNB) with valid medical registration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, with clear and empathetic communication toward patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, evidence-based care, and continuous professional development.
- Experience in hospital-based practice and familiarity with clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties, as required by patient and hospital needs.
