We’re Hiring: Gym Receptionist | Pune
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and well-organised individual to join our team in Pune.
Location: Near Bharati Vidyapeeth, Katraj, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (in-hand)
Experience: 0–2 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Preferred Location: Candidates living around Bharati Vidyapeeth, Katraj and nearby areas preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist gym members and visitors
* Handle front-desk operations and member enquiries
* Manage membership registrations, renewals and basic documentation
* Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups
* Maintain member records and attendance
* Coordinate with trainers and management for day-to-day operations
* Assist with basic billing and payment collection
* Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception
What We’re Looking For:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, polite and customer-focused attitude
* Basic computer knowledge
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to handle members and enquiries professionally
* Prior experience in a gym, fitness centre, reception or customer service role is an advantage
* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
