Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with strong expertise in Facilities Management and Project Systems (PS), who can operate both strategically and hands-on.
Responsibilities
This role requires a techno-functional leader who can provide architectural direction, advisory services to business stakeholders, and actively contribute to solution design and configuration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with business users and leadership while also driving system-level Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP FICO, including integration with Facilities Management and Project Systems
- Provide advisory services to business stakeholders on financial process optimization and system capabilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Drive configuration and hands-on support in FICO modules
- Ensure seamless integration between :
- FICO
- Project Systems (PS)
- Facilities Management processes
- Support transformation, migration, or enhancement initiatives
- Guide business teams on best practices, process improvements, and compliance alignment
- Stay adaptable and learn new FICO modules as required by evolving business Requirements (Must-Have) :
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO
- Experience in Facilities Management integration
- Strong expertise in Project Systems (PS)
- Proven experience in SAP solution architecture
- Ability to provide advisory and consultative support to business stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management Skills :
- Experience in S/4HANA Finance transformation
- Exposure to asset accounting and capital project management
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and drive governance Candidate Profile :
- Strong business-facing architect with advisory mindset
- Comfortable balancing hands-on configuration with strategic guidance
- Ability to simplify complex financial and project processes
- Willingness to learn and expand into new FICO modules
- Strong communication and presentation skills
