Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager Department: B2B Partnerships Product: Education Loan Language: Telugu is must. About GyanDhan: GyanDhan is India’s leading education financing platform, helping students secure loans for higher education in India and abroad. We work closely with study abroad consultants and financial institutions to simplify the education loan journey for students. About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Relationship Manager to support the growth of GyanDhan’s B2B Partnerships vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with study abroad consultants, reactivating inactive partners, onboarding new consultants digitally, and generating quality student leads. You will play an important role in strengthening partner relationships and ensuring consistent engagement through virtual channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Reactivation
- Reach out to inactive or low-engagement study abroad consultants and re-establish their association with GyanDhan.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings with consultants to drive engagement and business discussions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless partner communication.
- Encourage reactivated partners to start sharing student leads and become actively engaged with the platform.
- New Partner Onboarding
- Independently onboard new study abroad consultants through virtual channels such as calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Educate partners about GyanDhan’s offerings, processes, and value proposition.
- Build strong initial relationships and motivate consultants to refer students for education loans.
- Generate and share qualified student leads with the respective internal teams for further processing.
- Partner Engagement & Feedback Management
- Maintain regular communication with assigned partners to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Collect feedback from consultants regarding service quality, process efficiency, and overall experience.
- Share feedback and market insights with the relevant internal teams to improve partner engagement strategies.
- Ensure a positive partner experience through timely support and consistent follow-up. Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building and coordination abilities
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and virtual partner engagement
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of business development, partnerships, or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets is an advantage Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, partnerships, customer success, or a similar role
- Experience in edtech, education loans, NBFC, banking, or financial services will be preferred
