Strong understanding of REST APIs, endpoints, webhooks, and HTTP response codes · Hands-on troubleshooting experience across web technologies and applications · Ability to read and debug code in any programming language · Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Good-to-Have · Basic networking knowledge including DNS, packet analysis, and logs · Automation knowledge and understanding of triggers and optimizations · Experience with embedded content, iFrames, and integrations
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to APIs and web platforms
2 Analyze logs, network traces, and application behavior to identify root causes
3 Collaborate with engineering and product teams for issue resolution
4 Provide clear and structured communication to customers and internal stakeholders
5 Follow standard support methodologies and case lifecycles
6 Advocate for customer needs and product improvements
