Hands-on experience in supporting ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, Android Management · Strong understanding of RTC technologies (Meet, Chat, Voice) · Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi · Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset · Ability to troubleshoot device vs network issues
Good-to-Have · Experience with Google Admin Console and Workspace licensing · Active Directory and MDM fundamentals · Understanding of ITIL v4 and security concepts · Google Workspace or ChromeOS certification
