Graduate Data Scientist

We are exclusively partnered with a leading business in Warwickshire who are seeking a Graduate Data Scientist to join their team; driving innovation and enhancing their operational performance through advanced data science techniques. This role would suit someone with a strong academic background who may have completed an internship/placement year within a similar field. Role Responsibilities: Developing and implementing data-driven models that support decision-making processes across various departments. Designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses Analysing large datasets to uncover insights Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies. What we're looking for from you: Statistical Expertise: Strong foundation in statistical methods and their practical applications. Programming Proficiency: Advanced coding skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data gathering, analysis, and modelling. Data Handling: Experience with large datasets, data wrangling, and data visualisation tools. Machine Learning: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
