Director of Marketing (f,m,d)

As our new Director of Marketing (m, f, d), you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 5 marketing experts in Germany and Spain. Your main tasks will include developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing the execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, and continuously optimizing our marketing efforts to drive growth and brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey and alignment between marketing and sales. Furthermore, you will be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and analyzing marketing KPIs.
