About the role

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Campus Management Team in Hamburg on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible. Key Activities & Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for students, faculty, prospective students, and staff across all service departments. Take overall responsibility for the daily management of all service functions across the Hamburg campuses. Ensure the highest quality of service for both students and GUS Group employees on campus. Supervise and foster strategic and operational collaboration among the various institutions located on the Hamburg campuses. Oversee and coordinate new construction projects and renovations in close cooperation with external service providers. Establish, develop, and continuously improve services and processes within the Service Centres, in collaboration with subject experts (Student Hub, Scheduling, International Office, Career Centre, Examination Office, etc.), as well as Facilities, Occupational Safety, and Health Protection. Plan and optimize room usage, capacity utilization, and rental management across campuses. Develop, coordinate, and implement campus-wide security and compliance concepts (e.g. GDPR). Participate in the selection, negotiation, and management of contracts with external service providers (e.g. catering, security, cleaning), including the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities. Plan, manage, and execute projects aimed at optimizing campus operations and infrastructure. Serve as a key interface between faculties, vice deans, lecturers, general administration, and students, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Hold budgetary and staff management responsibility for the service functions within the campuses. Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of campus events such as campus tours, graduation ceremonies, orientation days, staff events, and professional presentations, while also developing and implementing new campus events and initiatives.
