Staff Engineer

As a founding engineer, you will build full stack applications, launch new features, gather customer feedback, and own product areas end-to-end. As an staff engineer, you'll be Architecting, implementing and rolling out large projects independently. Helping define roadmap, speaking directly with customers, iterating quickly. If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant. Can go from 0 to 1 building full stack applications. Love tackling extremely difficult problems. Enjoy learning and working in a very fast-paced environment. Work well on a small team Bonus points Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer. Strong sense of product taste. Have built LLM-powered products. Experience with Flask, Kubernetes, Typescript, React, TailwindCSS, Redux. *Note: We have 2 exceptional design engineers on the team so this role will lean more towards backend/infra but will still touch the full stack regularly.
