Role DescriptionThis is an on-site internship position for a Gujarat Agri Sales Intern (Seed Coating Bio-Polymer), based field visits to various seed companies. The intern will focus on the commercial expansion of our SeedPrimer product line, specifically targeting the high-growth agricultural market in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demos & Trials: Support technical demonstrations and product training to show the efficacy of SeedPrimer in improving crop establishment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage inquiries, maintain client databases, and foster long-term relationships with stakeholders in the Gujarat region.
- Market Strategy: Contribute to localized sales strategies and competitive analysis to help penetrate the Gujarat seed market.
- Operations: Handle day-to-day operational challenges, including order tracking and feedback collection within a dynamic sales environment.
Qualifications- Communication & Sales: Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical bio-polymer benefits clearly.
- Strategic Sales Support: Interest or experience in Sales Management, including the ability to support territory-specific (Gujarat) sales objectives.
- Training Ability: Proficiency in conducting product training and demonstrating application techniques for seed treatments.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work on-site in Medchal and thrive in a results-oriented agricultural sales setting.
- Agri-Tech Interest: A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in seed science, biotechnology, and modern agricultural practices.
- Education: Pursuing or holding a degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Gujarati is highly preferred, alongside English and Hindi, to effectively communicate with stakeholders in the target region.
