Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Gujarat Sales Head role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales growth within the Payroll and Pest Control verticals. The Sales Head will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions. They will also oversee sales processes, prepare proposals, and meet KPIs, consistently aligning with the company's goals and client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and client acquisition skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for building and managing client relationships
- Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Experience in drafting proposals and meeting sales targets
- Leadership qualities to manage a team and drive collaborative efforts
- Familiarity with payroll services and pest control solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
