📢 We Are Hiring – Guidewire Professionals - Developer / Architect / Business Analyst
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Coimbatore (Preferred) - Hybrid (Primary)

We are currently hiring experienced Guidewire professionals for multiple contract opportunities with a leading insurance technology program across India. If you have strong experience in the Guidewire ecosystem and insurance claims domain, we would love to connect with you.
1️⃣ Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer
Role Summary
We are looking for a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to design, develop, and customize ClaimCenter applications for insurance claim management. The developer will work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Guidewire solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications in Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Configure business rules, workflows, and integrations
- Work with Gosu programming language and Guidewire configuration
- Design and develop integrations using SOAP / REST APIs
- Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions
- Support testing, debugging, and production issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile / Scrum environment
Required Skills
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter development
- Knowledge of Gosu, Guidewire Studio, PCF configuration
- Experience with Java, XML, Web Services (REST / SOAP)
- Strong understanding of insurance claims processes
- Knowledge of SQL / relational databases
Good to Have
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud
- Experience with integration frameworks or messaging systems
2️⃣ Guidewire ClaimCenter Architect
Role Summary
The Guidewire ClaimCenter Architect will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions using the Guidewire platform. The architect will lead technical design, integration strategy, and architecture decisions for claims management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations
- Design integrations with policy systems, billing systems, and external services
- Provide guidance to developers on best practices and design standards
- Lead solution design workshops with stakeholders
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Guidewire solutions
- Review code and ensure adherence to architecture standards
- Support cloud transformation and modernization initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter architecture
- Knowledge of Guidewire integration frameworks
- Experience with Java, Gosu, APIs, and messaging systems
- Understanding of insurance domain (claims lifecycle)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Good to Have
- Guidewire certifications
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter
3️⃣ Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst
Role Summary
We are seeking a Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within the insurance claims domain. The analyst will gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for claims processes
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with developers and architects on Guidewire solutions
- Support system configuration and testing
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
- Participate in UAT testing and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter functional modules
- Strong understanding of insurance claims lifecycle
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience with SQL or data analysis
Good to Have
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter
- Insurance certifications or Guidewire certifications
