Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Guidewire Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Guidewire Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent within the Guidewire domain. Additional responsibilities include building talent pipelines, managing recruitment campaigns, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The Recruiter will ensure high-quality candidate experiences and contribute to strategies that enhance talent acquisition efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment for technical roles, especially in the Guidewire domain
- Experience in building and managing talent pipelines and fostering strong candidate relationships
- Understanding of Guidewire technologies, including PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, or BillingCenter, is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
- Competence in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Familiarity with market trends and hiring best practices in the IT and technology sector
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
