Hiring: Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5–8 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with strong hands-on experience in Gosu and PolicyCenter configuration.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Gosu
• Develop reusable Gosu classes, enhancements, typelists, and plugins
• Customize Product Model, Policy Transactions, Underwriting Rules, and Rating Worksheets
• Develop and enhance PCF screens, Input Sets, and UI flows
• Work on Batch Processes, Messaging, and Guidewire integrations
• Strong understanding of SOAP/REST APIs
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize PolicyCenter application performance
• Follow coding standards, design patterns, and secure development practices
Technical Leadership:
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with Architects, BAs, QA, DevOps, and client teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable PolicyCenter solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
• Track delivery using JIRA and provide technical guidance to the team
