Guidewire Certification (PC/CC/BC) : Mandatory
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer with hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter (PC), ClaimCenter (CC), and/or BillingCenter (BC) to support implementation, enhancement, and integration of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications for P&C insurance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Guidewire PC/CC/BC using Gosu, PCF, and configuration tools
- Implement Guidewire business rules, workflows, product model, and UI components
- Develop and support integrations using Guidewire Web Services (SOAP/REST), messaging, and plugins
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, defect fixes, and support SIT/UAT cycles
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams for requirement analysis and solution design
- Participate in Guidewire version upgrades, performance tuning, and production support
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter
- Proficiency in Gosu, PCF, Product Model, Rules, and Data Model
- Experience with Guidewire Integration Framework, web services, and messaging
- Good understanding of P&C insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing lifecycle)
- Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good to Have
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud (GWCP/GWCC/GWBC)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, or Git
- Experience in Guidewire upgrades or data migration
