We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer with strong hands‑on expertise across Policy, Billing, Integration, Portal, or Rating. The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge of the P&C Insurance domain and a passion for building scalable, high‑quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, enhance, and maintain solutions using Guidewire (Policy Center / Billing Center / ClaimCenter).
- Work on Admin data loading, configurations, and extensions.
- Build and integrate Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, GxModel, Messaging, and Batch processes.
- Integrate Guidewire applications with third‑party systems and document composition tools such as Xpressions or Thunderhead.
- Modify and optimize existing workflows, especially for Billing Integration.
- Collaborate within SCRUM Agile teams to deliver high‑quality product increments.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
Insurance domain expertise – Property & Casualty (P&C)
Hands‑on experience with at least one Guidewire product:
- ClaimCenter
- PolicyCenter
- BillingCenter
- Strong knowledge of:
- Web services, XML, GxModel
- Messaging & Batch implementation
- Third‑party integrations
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server and strong SQL skills
- Experience designing/modifying workflows (Billing Integration experience preferred)
- Working experience in SCRUM Agile; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
