A leader in Insurance Technology focused on Property & Casualty (P&C) core systems and digital transformation for insurers. We implement, customise and integrate Guidewire suite solutions to modernise policy, billing and claims operations across enterprise clients. This on-site role in India supports client implementations, integrations and production delivery for enterprise P&C systems.
Primary standardized title: Guidewire Developer
Location: India — On-site
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure Guidewire components (PolicyCenter) using Gosu and Guidewire Studio to meet business requirements.
- Implement integrations between Guidewire and third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs, XML payloads and enterprise middleware.
- Develop and maintain database objects, queries and performance tuning using SQL and Oracle.
- Execute unit testing, support system/integration testing, and fix defects in collaboration with QA and business analysts.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and follow deployment procedures for production releases.
- Support production troubleshooting, performance analysis and post-deployment stabilization with on-call readiness.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery and participation in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming and estimation.
