Position Details
- Role: Guidewire Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer with strong expertise in ClaimCenter and integration with AI-driven analytics platforms such as CLARA Analytics. The role involves enabling predictive insights within the claims lifecycle, building robust integrations, and ensuring high-quality data flow between Guidewire and analytics ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities - CLARA Analytics Integration
- Work closely with CLARA Analytics to integrate predictive models into claims workflows
- Feed claims and policy data into CLARA’s AI/ML models
- Enable AI-driven insights such as:
- Claim severity risk
- Litigation likelihood
- Fraud indicators
- Subrogation opportunities
- Ensure predictive scores are surfaced within Guidewire (fields, alerts, automated tasks)
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues impacting model performance
- Guidewire ClaimCenter Development
- Configure business rules and workflows triggered by AI insights
- Extend ClaimCenter data model and UI to display predictive indicators
- Develop and maintain integrations with external analytics platforms
- Support both real-time and batch integrations using APIs and messaging systems
- Data & Integration Engineering
- Build ETL and API-based pipelines to prepare claims data for analytics
- Validate and reconcile data across Guidewire and downstream systems
- Support modern data platforms including data lakes and warehouses
- Identify and resolve data quality issues impacting AI model accuracy
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies with U.S.-based teams
- Work in overlapping time zones with onshore stakeholders
- Create and maintain technical documentation (integrations, mappings, configurations)
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in insurance technology roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (development & configuration)
- Experience supporting or integrating CLARA Analytics or similar AI platforms
- Solid understanding of the P&C claims lifecycle
- Experience integrating AI/ML or analytics platforms with core systems
Technical Skills
- REST APIs and web services
- JSON and XML data formats
- SQL and relational databases
- Event-driven and messaging-based integration patterns
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
Nice to Have
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud or recent platform upgrades
- Familiarity with fraud detection, litigation, and severity prediction use cases
- Understanding of modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses)
- Exposure to MLOps or model monitoring
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based insurance carriers

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in an offshore model
