Job Title: Guidewire Developer
Location:
- India (Onsite Mandatory): Coimbatore, Cochin, Chennai, Bangalore
- Europe: Remote (Work from Home)
About the Role
We are looking for skilled Guidewire Developers to support large-scale insurance platform implementations and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and strong technical expertise in development and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Guidewire applications
- Work on Gosu, Java, and Guidewire configurations
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and other stakeholders
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices
- Support deployment and production issues
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Guidewire development
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite
- Strong expertise in Gosu and Java
- Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of Guidewire data model and configuration
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have
- Guidewire certifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
