Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Developer with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. The candidate should have strong expertise in Guidewire development, configuration, and integration within the P&C insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
- Customize data model, UI (PCF), workflows, and business rules
- Work on Gosu scripting for application customization
- Design and implement integrations using web services (REST/SOAP)
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and coding standards
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter)
- Hands-on expertise in Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Business Rules, Workflows
- Experience with Guidewire Integration (APIs, Messaging)
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML
- Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
- Experience in Agile development methodology
Good to Have:
- Guidewire Certification (Associate/Professional)
- Experience in Guidewire Digital Portals
- Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of rating, underwriting, claims lifecycle
