Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Data Hub Senior Consultant to design, develop, and implement robust data solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Hub architecture, ETL development, and Guidewire technologies, with the ability to work as an individual contributor while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Design:
• Translate business requirements into logical and physical data models for Guidewire Data Hub.
• ETL Development:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes between source systems such as Policy Center and Claim Center and Guidewire Data Hub.
• Implementation & Configuration:
• Configure, customize, and deploy Data Hub solutions, including creation of tables, indexes, and performance optimization.
• Data Mapping:
• Collaborate with business analysts to map data entities and attributes across systems.
• System Integration:
• Integrate Data Hub with Info Center, reporting platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Technical Leadership:
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience in ETL development, including working with source and downstream tables
• Hands-on expertise in GOSU scripting
• Proficiency in XML and Java (mandatory)
• Experience working with Guidewire Data Hub and related modules
• Solid understanding of data modeling and database concepts

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Ability to work as an individual contributor
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Insurance domain (P&C preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications in Guidewire technologies are a plus
