Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and transformation
- Gather and document high-level business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to design Guidewire-based business solutions
- Support implementation of Guidewire BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and integrations
- Develop business cases, solution proposals, and transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter
- Good understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and Integrations
- Experience in insurance domain processes and operating models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business process analysis and solution definition
- Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively
- Familiarity with transformation programs and change management practices
