Hiring: Guidewire Professionals (BA & Development) | India → Australia Onsite Opportunity
We are actively hiring experienced Guidewire professionals for multiple roles across Business Analysis and Development. This is a great opportunity to work on global insurance transformation programs with an initial remote phase in India followed by onsite engagement in Australia.

- Guidewire ClaimCenter BA
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer – Lead
Work Location
- Phase 1: Remote (India) – 1 to 2 months
- Phase 2: Onsite – Australia (mandatory availability for travel/relocation)
Mandatory Requirement
- Guidewire Certification is a must (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / Developer)
Role 1: Guidewire PolicyCenter BA – Lead & Senior
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Analyze, document, and validate business & functional requirements
- Translate business needs into Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
- Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams
- Drive UAT support, defect triage, and business sign-offs
- For Lead role: Manage BA team, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (implementation/support projects)
- Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
- Expertise in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Role 2: Guidewire ClaimCenter BA
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business requirements related to claims processing.
- Translate business needs into clearfunctional specifications and user stories.
- Work with technical teams to ensure correct configuration of Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Support system testing, UAT, and validation of claims workflows.
- Coordinate with claims operations teams to identify process gaps and improvements.
- Assist in defect analysis, troubleshooting, and change requests.
- Maintain documentation such as process flows, BRDs, and functional guides.
Required Skills
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Good understanding of P&C insurance claims processes (FNOL, adjudication, payments, subrogation, etc.).
- Understanding of claims processing and insurance workflows
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Role 3: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer – Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
- Customize and configure PolicyCenter based on business requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development team
- Work on integrations, APIs, and data migration activities
- Ensure coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices
- Collaborate with BA, QA, and architecture teams
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development
- Expertise in Gosu, Guidewire APIs, and integrations
- Experience in Guidewire Cloud / on-prem implementations
- Strong knowledge of insurance domain (P&C preferred)
- Leadership experience in handling teams and delivering projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in global projects (Australia/US regions)
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
