Job Title: Guidewire Business Analyst
Location:
- India (Onsite Mandatory): Coimbatore, Cochin, Chennai, Bangalore
- Europe: Remote (Work from Home)
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Guidewire Business Analysts to support large-scale insurance platform implementations and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and a solid understanding of the P&C insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams
- Participate in UAT and ensure successful delivery
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
- Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation
- Experience in UAT and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Experience in large-scale transformation projects
