- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and internal teams.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time management abilities to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and, in many cases, CRM or property management systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
- Interpersonal Skills: A professional demeanour, empathy, and a strong customer-centric, proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming & Greeting: Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and positive initial impression.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Scheduling visits, managing calendars, organizing transportation, arranging accommodation, and coordinating with other departments (e.g., security, facilities, catering).
- Visitor Management: Operating check-in systems, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring site safety and security protocols are followed.
- Customer Experience: Providing information about services, facilities, or products, addressing complaints efficiently, and resolving issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records, tracking visit metrics, managing RSVPs, preparing welcome materials, and data entry into CRM or booking systems. Support & Coordination: Assisting with site walkthroughs, VIP visits, meetings, and events to ensure they run smoothly.
Experience 1–3 years in customer service, hospitality, front office, or related fields. Last date to apply May 31, 2026
