Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mawal for a Guest Services Associate specializing in Food & Beverage (F&B). Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, coordinating dining experiences, and addressing guest inquiries and requests. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication, attention to detail, and offering memorable hospitality experiences in alignment with the resort's eco-friendly values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Relations
- Experience in Customer Service and managing Reservations
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and deliver high-quality service
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of sustainable practices in hospitality is an advantage
