Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at our restaurant location in Vadodara. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience by managing reservations, warmly welcoming and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations. This role plays a key part in creating a memorable dining experience and delivering high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Guest Services and Guest Service expertise to ensure an exceptional experience for our patrons
- Customer Service and Reservations experience to professionally handle guest bookings and seating arrangements
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in the hospitality or fine dining industry is a plus
