Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in India. The Guest Services Associate will play a key role in welcoming and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Day-to-day duties include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest concerns promptly, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a hospitable environment and supporting overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with the ability to provide courteous and efficient support to guests
- Strong Customer Service and Reservations abilities, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of bookings and guest needs
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a professional demeanor
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- A welcoming, approachable, and service-driven attitude
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage
