Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Services Associate role based in Guwahati. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for assisting guests with reservations, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional hospitality, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Skills in Guest Services and Guest Service to assist with guest needs effectively

• Strong Communication skills to provide clear and empathetic support to guests
