Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Guest Service Officer to join our team. This on-site position, based in Barrackpur-II, involves providing exceptional customer service to travelers. The Guest Service Officer's day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing inquiries, ensuring smooth check-ins, handling reservations, and assisting with any special requests to enhance the customer experience. The candidate will serve as an ambassador of our brand, ensuring exceptional hospitality is provided at every interaction.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service and Communication Skills: A strong customer-first approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address guest queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to multitask, handle high-pressure situations, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem resolution.
  • Team Collaboration and Dependability: Ability to maintain effective teamwork and collaborate with colleagues across different functions while being reliable and punctual.
  • Cultural Sensitivity and Adaptability: A flexible mindset to work with international guests, adapting to diverse cultural backgrounds while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage to better serve a global clientele.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
