Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Service Associate role based in Bengaluru. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to patrons, assisting with reservations and ticketing, managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring smooth operations during screenings. You will support an enjoyable cinema experience by responding to guests' needs promptly and maintaining service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Services and Customer Service
- Strong skills in Communication, both verbal and written
- Experience or familiarity with Reservations and ticketing systems
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment industries is a plus
