Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping role based in Rajasthan, India. The role involves ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep across guest rooms and common areas, timely room preparation, and responding promptly to guest service requests. The Guest Service Associate will coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and create a welcoming and comfortable experience for guests. Building and maintaining positive guest relationships is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Services and Customer Service to enhance guest satisfaction and promptly address their needs
- Experience in managing Reservations and understanding booking systems
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality standards of housekeeping
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and hotel property management systems is a plus
