Kadkani River Resort, Coorg is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Office & Guest Services team.

About the Role
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be one of the key points of contact for our guests and will play an important role in creating a warm and memorable resort experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle guest queries, requests and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Restaurant and other departments to ensure smooth guest service
• Assist guests with information regarding resort facilities, activities and local attractions
• Handle reservations and basic front-office operations
• Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
• Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction throughout their stay
• Assist with day-to-day Front Office operations
What We’re Looking For
• Freshers with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, friendly and professional personality
• Ability to interact confidently with guests
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Basic computer knowledge
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Candidates with a hospitality/hotel management background will be an advantage
